- CTchris tillmanAug 23, 20254.0My HVAC evaporator unit drain line was clogged causing a mess in attic. It was Friday after 6pm when I called. By 7:30pm that evening, Hunter was at my house and within 10 minutes the drain line was unclogged. There was an initial miscommunication issue with their call center mis-quoting the after hours fee but Hunter had called ahead of arrival to clear up that error. Hunter was very polite and professional throughout his visit. While the call center was quick to answer their phones, the initial confusion in fees is why I deduct one star, otherwise I'd give 5-stars for response and resolution of my issue.
