  I called One Hour Air Conditioning, and within an hour a Tech named Jason arrived. I the whole system inspected. He cleaned out my condensate pump and the tube going to the outside. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. I signed up for the twice a year maintenance. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for A/C problems.

  Peter was a wonderful beginning to my day. He was at the door with a beautiful smile and delightful in his manner. He explained everything to me and even took pictures of a condensation error in our building. Hopefully our management will follow up. Peter is who all employees should follow in his footsteps. I will definitely request him on every visit. 😊

  As a mom with two kids this company was an absolute life saver. They came out in a pinch on a Sunday and helped us resolve a clog in our system. This issue had been happening on and off for us for years and we finally got the answers as to why, thanks to the Peter. The pricing is fair and the service is beyond excellent. Thank you so much for making sure our AC was back up and running so quickly🙏 I highly recommend using this company! 10/10!

  This company has terrible customer service! I highly recommend not to use them if you need help! Our air conditioner broke on a Friday, and a service rep did come out and told us they had to order a motor, and someone would be out on Monday to replace it. I called at 8:30 am on Monday to confirm the appointment since we were without air conditioning all weekend and I was told someone would call me back soon. At 12 pm no call, so my husband got the same line, then after three more calls of saying someone would call back in a half an hour. Never happened and conveniently there wasn't a supervisor to speak to or call. We had to forfeit our $99 house call fee that we were charged on Friday and called another company who came out that day within hours and replaced our motor the next day without issue and they kept in communication with us the whole time. Good afternoon, Per your response to my feedback, no one from your company spoke directly to a member of my house, they left a message, and we didn't receive a refund since we paid in cash. Are you mailing us a check? Also, how did you speak to the other company if their name wasn't supplied and we only had a motor replaced, no ductwork evaluation. The most important breakdown is if the part was on backorder like you mentioned why didn't someone have the curtsy to let us know. We had to suffer all weekend and a day without air conditioning! If we knew this sooner, we could have gotten help faster.

  Beware! If you wanna be ripped off or lied to, this is the perfect company for you!!! The receptionist lady was god awful the tech is a lier almost spent $1400 to Replace the TXV METERING DEVICE Which wasn’t the problem AT ALL!!!!! Everything was measuring properly when the new AC company came out he showed me it all unlike one hour ac and heating!!! However Thank you rude lady for being shady and rubbing me the wrong way with You’re nasty Attitude because I asked to respect a question about a part that’s being replaced on MY UNIT in my HOUSE! Thank you because if it wasn’t for you being a nasty human I Would’ve allowed this shady company to do a job that DIDNT need to be done! I was able to get another HVAC-company out within 3 hours they fixed the job ( not the TXV) and I saved $900 . also lady you lied about parts taking a long time new company told me you guys are lies because if it was the TXV METERING DEVICE he would’ve been able to change it very quickly. No parts are taking 100+ days Covid is over and The worst part is, they initially offered us a spot ac and then was denied because I asked to Repeat the part that was being replaced on MY UNIT I mean I understand why she didn’t wanna tell me now IT WASN'T THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! so thank you for being rude and nasty I was able to give my business to a wonderful HVAC company Who didn’t lie no steel Our money. This is a dirty company save your time, money and Energy and look elsewhere so many amazing Trustworthy companies Out there, do not give your money to these crooks!!!! Manager refunded me the $99 after many calls to only get the same rude lady and was hung up on multiple times by the same lady.
