No was wonderful to work with. He came out to evaluate a quote a large mini split job for my garage and workshops.
He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the equipment and procedures of what it will take to accomplish my goals.

David Blanton the technician did a great job during a maintenance check in identifying a clogged drain pipe. He was very professional and courteous. One Hour has outstanding folks, including this gentleman. Kudos to your office staff and Dave Blanton.

Two year ago we purchased 2hvac units for our home. We payed $17,500.00 great service! Last year One hour came back & serviced them good job! Today my upstairs unit wasn't working. I called for an assessment. The technician used a shop vacuum to suck the line of the overflow pan. The price was $437.00 No parts replaced & no repairs just a shop vacuum to clear a line!!!!! $437.00 is unacceptable that price is robbery!!!! One Hour had a good lifetime customer... Had scheduled a quote for replacing duct work along with the whole AC unit. Was told by office that 2 different "teams" handle those 2 different aspects so both teams would need to come...that's fine. Scheduled for 2pm. They said appt would last approx 90mins. Ok, no problem, we made the arrangements. Received a call around 11 asking if anyone was currently home bc they had a cancelation and could come sooner. Told them no sorry, 12 is the earliest. 20mins later someone else calls (I assume the other "team" that needs to take a look) asking if they can come earlier. I told them someone already called and I said it was fine to come at 12 that my husband will be there. I got hung up with a prior appt and didn't get home until 12:45(Which i thought was fine bc, my husband was home with them.) When I got home I noticed "Mo" had already left and he didn't even give us a quote "bc I wasn't also home" We rearranged our whole afternoon to accommodate them and then he wouldn't even do it bc both of us weren't there. He also seemed more like a car salesman trying to make a sale instead of asking what the problems were or just simple giving us the quote for a new like we had asked. Just all around aggravating.

Met Mark Allen first time in person Prior contact has been by phone .. First impression are important‼️ Mark was Neat and Very Professional in his greeting and I felt like I could trust him after just a few minutes of conversation.. He gave me feedback on his inspection and assessment of my 16 year old unit which was installed by your company.. After getting the cost to repair and looking at condition and age of my unit I have decided to replace rather than repair. . Mark was very HELPFUL in making this important business decision.. His years of experience and straight talk were a breath of " fresh air " in dealing with repairs on the beach ‼️ You have an employee that is a credit and a valuable asset to your company ..
