They had great attitudes and were great to work with. They did a complete AC and furnace inspection today and identified a couple maintenance concerns. Overall A+ service.

He explained everything and was great to chat with while he worked. Definitely recommend them and specifically Mason for your emergency repair to get your AC going again

After searching on Google, I came across One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and requested Mason specifically, based on some of the positive reviews. He was absolutely amazing—trustworthy, honest, and clearly explained all of my options. Going forward, One Hour (and especially Mason) will be my go-to for any HVAC-related issues.
