I have been with this company for many Years and we have always been happy with their service. I do recommend them to all my friends. Even when we had an emergency in the middle of A snowstorm in Las Vegas They came out and checked our unit and made sure we were OK. Which I really appreciated. I was finishing up with an appointment elsewhere that I was finishing up.When I told technician over my ring camera about the confirmation was for 2 pm. He said that it was my fault that I confirmed over the phone. Then when I got to my home about 20 minutes later he then still blamed me for issue. When I showed him the confirmation he went between blaming the system to blaming me for confirming over my phone the night before which didn't make sense. Either way it didn't come off very professional. Next time when One Hour Air gives me a window what they really is whenever we feel like that day and dont make any other plans that day. Lesson learned.

I also had some concerns about my ductwork since the airflow in my house wasn’t even from room to room. Samuel Yockey came out to inspect my heater, and he was great! He showed up right on time, and I even got a text alert letting me know he was on his way. He really knew his stuff and explained that my heating unit is in great shape and ready for winter. He also went up to the attic, took pictures of my ductwork, and showed me exactly why the air wasn’t flowing evenly. Turns out, the builder didn’t complete the ductwork in a way that balances airflow properly. Samuel walked me through several options to fix it and gave me different price points, which I really appreciated. Overall, Samuel was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I hope he’s the one who handles my future checkups! I definitely recommend signing up for One Hour’s maintenance plan—it’s an easy way to keep your system running efficiently and avoid expensive repairs later on.
