- CDChad DeleonOct 14, 20255.0Very friendly and professional service I had an over heating ps5 they took apart my system multiple times and tried different rypes of thermal paste but over all did not give up on the system and was able to save it being disabled things are hard to come by and im a content creator so my system is very impotant part of my dailey life. Thanks again for your dedication it was worth the 1.5 hr drive on way.

I also bought an insurance plan and some of the information added to the plan was incorrect by mistake. When I discovered it a few days later and went back to the store, Justin immediately got on the phone with the company to get it corrected. It took the company several days to get it correct, but Justin stayed on it until it was accomplished and then he called me to assure me that the problem was fixed.
