  I am visiting from AZ and discovered OTB still exist here in Wichita, KS. All AZ locations have been closed. I was excited and decided to stop in for the Monterey Chicken fajitas. OTB did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is superb. The chips & salsa were fresh and the fajitas were juicy and delicious and the tortillas were non-stop. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, and the other diners were having a great time. The next time you visit try a frozen Strawberry Margarita. Thanks for a memorable dining experience. Shout out to Lacey, you rock!

  The food was half decent, but the staff tried to gaslight me into thinking that I asked for no sour cream, pico, or guac on the online order. I had to go back to the website to make sure. I called again and the manager said he would remake my food. I was unable to come in before dinnertime, but when I finally came in to get my 'corrected' order, the manager never confirmed my order details and only gave me part of my order again and the dollop of sour cream provided to me for the quesadilla i did get was insufficient for even half of it. Needless to say, im unsatisfied. I didnt get lunch and I only have 1/3 of dinner. Plus I spent over an hour driving.

  I can’t even begin to explain how disappointed I was in this restaurant last night. When I lived in Wichita 10 years ago, we used to eat at this restaurant every weekend, and I loved it!! Last night was such a disappointment. Tables were not cleaned, floor was not swept, our table had been wiped off, but left lots of water on the table. The restaurant was in a mess at 7:30 on a Friday night. There were probably only 50% of the tables with people, so it wasn’t a problem of being too busy, it was a problem of poor management. So, so sad.
