We had to move to Kansas and could not take our belongings with us at the time. We continued to pay for our unit and had no problems doing so. This week my husband came back up to retrieve our belongings, he was informed quite rudely by Steve that we had to have everything out, we had no problems with that making a dump run as well as fitting every possible thing we could into the moving truck and an SUV. Yes we had to leave a few things behind. I called to close out and had to deal with Steve, he was rud and condescending through out the entire call and cut me off a few times. I had no problems with prior people I had talked to he is just absolutely rude! I understand his job can be difficult and people leave units full of stuff that needs to be disposed of, we tried to leave as little as possible. I dont think that it was worth getting spoken down to and treated subhuman and like I was an idiot.
