We eat at On Deck frequently and have had Ali for our waitress quite often. The service she provides makes our visit to On Deck a pleasurable one. She’s friendly and welcoming - always with a smile. As busy as she is, she doesn’t miss a step. Our dinner order is always correct and comes to us in a timely manner. Ali is a wonderful waitress and On Deck made a great choice when they chose Ali to work there.

The portions are gigantic the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. We always end up with food to go because our eyes are bigger than our stomachs. We will always recommend the jumbo pretzel and the wings, but we’ve never had a bad meal there!!

Waitress delivered beer to wrong table to start, ordered a crab cake burger that fell apart, wife had a lobster roll with chewy meat, high price does not reflect food quality at all. Maybe they regular beef burgers are better but from what we tried it was not good at all!

Food: I got the Patriot burger. Pro: It was 2 patties, special sauce (whatever it is, it's delicious) onions, lettuce and tomato. The burger was very very good. Con: For $17 I expected it to come with fries or tots. No side. Friend of mine got a milkshake. Said it was very good, just not worth $17. Staff: Pro: Very attentive, friendly and food/drinks came out in a timely fashion. Con: I asked for no tomato, still got a tomato. Not a big deal but attention to detail should be taken at a place like this with prices like this. Atmosphere: It's a typical sports bar with many TVs and better food. It is also much smaller than I expected so expect a wait if dining on a weekend (we waited 20 mins for table of 4 for lunch) Overall: Truthfully I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5. The food was very good, but I was still a little hungry after. Fries would have completed the meal for me and felt worth the price. A sprite was $5 which seems steep for a soda. This was my first time eating at Encore. Since all the other restaurants are more expensive and upscale, I expected this place to be a little more inexpensive in comparison for the "every day people" over the high rollers Encore was built for. I probably will try somewhere else before going back.
