The team at Omega Learning is truly dedicated to helping students succeed. They used the Woodcock-Johnson exam to pinpoint the specific gaps in our son’s learning. From there, they created a customized education program that was perfect for his needs. Over the last year, we have seen a huge improvement in our son’s academic skills and confidence. After he had finished his sessions, I was charged a couple hundred dollars extra. I called 3 times for assistance, and each time I was promised a call back, and was told someone would be looking into it. I then had a family emergency, and just now realized that no one ever called me back about the over charging. In the midst of our family emergency, I forgot about it. I had taken all my kids there many years ago and never had any issues. However, after this. I will never take any of my children back.
