Daniel was our tech and upon arrival and inspection of the motor, informed me that the motor was ancient and needed to be replaced completely in order to program a new remote. Additionally, our garage door was a little crooked and needed re-centering. Daniel is a wizard. He replaced the motor, got creative with the wiring (looks fantastic!), re-centered our door and explained the details of what he worked on and how to work the door very thoroughly. Daniel was super friendly and helpful. I didn't expect it to be completed as quickly as it was. Really appreciate his help today, thank you!!
