  They were set up through my road side assistance program and never showed up. They were given the job 6/1 @ 5:47 pm for a tow from 3-5 pm on 6/2. They texted while I was working and said 60-90 minute ETA at 2:00 pm. Then got a text the driver was en route at 2:05 pm. I got off work at 3 based on the information provided and apparently missed the driver. The assistance company called them and were told they’d go back with in 60 minutes. They never showed. Thankfully, my road side assistance company got Plains Towing and Recovery to take care of business.

  I've never used them to get my car towed and now never will. They drive 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit going down the highway, swerves through traffic, and Angrily hunk at you as they pass. Terrible and stupid thing for someone driving a tow truck
