Earlier this summer I had a large sycamore tree between my house and my neighbors. The was they disassembled the tree was so careful and thoughtful. Then when they grinded my tree stump, they were so careful around my cement slab, it was incredible. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing assistance in tree removal.

We recently had a very large laurel oak tree removed that had damage from last hurricane season. Luke and Britton were amazing to work with! The job was done efficiently and everything looked amazing when they were done!
Frequently Asked Questions About Olive Branch Tree Care
How often should trees be trimmed?
In Southwest Florida, the frequency of tree trimming varies depending on several factors, such as species, growth rate, and location. Generally, trees benefit from trimming every one to three years. We consider regular pruning essential for maintaining tree health and reducing potential safety hazards.
Will trimming my tree make it grow faster?
Appropriate pruning in the Sarasota area enhances tree strength by eliminating dead or weak branches, allowing the tree to focus its resources on healthy growth year after year. However, overdoing it can be harmful. Excessive trimming may damage the tree’s health, which is why professional care is crucial—we recommend giving us a call.
How deep do you grind a stump?
Typically, we grind a stump 6 to 12 inches below the soil surface, as this depth is sufficient for most replanting or landscaping needs. Of course, if a deeper grind is required, we can accommodate that upon request.
Will the tree grow back after stump grinding?
Stump grinding generally prevents regrowth. However, certain species may attempt to sprout from remaining roots. We offer additional treatments to inhibit regrowth if necessary.
How do I know if my tree needs to be removed?
Indicators for tree removal in Sarasota, FL, include extensive dead branches, significant trunk damage, root decay, noticeable leaning, or trees that pose risks to structures or people. A professional evaluation by our team is recommended to determine whether removal is truly necessary.
Will tree removal damage my property?
Our team utilizes specialized equipment and methods to minimize property impact during tree removal. We also provide stump grinding and site clean-up services to restore your landscape post-removal.
Why is regular tree maintenance important for commercial properties?
Consistent, routine tree maintenance enhances a property's appearance, reduces liability risks associated with falling branches, and helps ensure the continued health of trees—contributing to a pleasant environment for tenants and customers.
Can you provide tree care services without disrupting business operations?
Absolutely. We adapt to your schedule and can perform services outside of peak business hours to minimize operational disruptions.
What types of land do you clear?
Our land clearing services in Sarasota, FL, and the surrounding areas cover residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. This includes overgrown lots, brush-covered land, wooded areas, and storm-damaged terrain. We prepare sites for various purposes, such as landscaping or construction projects.
How long does the land clearing process take?
The duration of land clearing varies based on project size and the amount of vegetation or debris present. Small to medium-sized properties typically require a few days, while larger projects may take longer. We provide a detailed timeline before beginning work on your property.
