What vaccinations are required for my pet to be admitted?
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. We reserve the right to deny admission without proper documentation.
Can my pet attend if they are showing signs of illness?
Pets with untreated or potentially contagious conditions may be refused entry for the safety of others.
Are aggressive pets allowed?
No, we cannot admit pets that display aggressive behavior toward people or other animals.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
Yes, dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age to attend Day Camp.
What vaccines are required for my pet?
Dogs and cats (4 months and older) must have current Rabies and Distemper vaccines
Are there any additional vaccines required for dogs?
Yes, a current Bordetella vaccine is required. We also strongly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine annually and Bordetella every 6 months.
Are these vaccinations required for all services?
Yes, up-to-date vaccinations are required to use any of our services.
Do you offer 24-hour care for pets?
Yes! While our front desk has set hours, we provide 24-hour care for all pet guests.
Are you open on holidays?
We are closed to the public on major Federal holidays, but pet care continues uninterrupted.
