  We moved into old Montgomery last fall after our permanent home was struck by lightning and had to undergo restoration. We rented a three bedroom townhome without a basement. The townhome was extremely clean and it was super nice to have a working wood burning fireplace. It was so convenient to be located in Sycamore Schools so my children could still easily attend their schools and after school activities. The neighborhood was well capped With lots of extra amenities. We often used the playground and game room. We even rented the game room for a birthday party and it was a truly incredible experience for my daughter and such a convenient set up. We moved out prior to the pool opening, but it looked like a well cap space. It was very nice to have a printer in the main office with complementary tea and coffee available during open hours. However, I would say the most incredible part of this community is the staff. The women in the office are so friendly and accommodating. They take their time to get to know all the people that live there as best as they can and truly go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance staff is impeccable. They respond to any issue typically the day of. We did have to have the dishwasher and water heater replaced in our townhome and it was done so quickly. The entire staff is friendly and will say hi to you whenever they see you out and about in the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this community enough.

  Happy Staying, Pleasant Experience, Genuine Staff I’ve had a truly happy stay here The experience has been consistently pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings. The staff are genuine, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my time here even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable community.

  The property manager is awful - i give her zero rating on people and communication skills. We rented a 2 bedroom unit for a week for a wedding in town - myself/my husband/our daughter. We came in at around noon on a Friday and immediately the tenants complained about noise and reported to the office that there were 8 people in the place, this was how it was communicated by the manager. After a couple of nights, i called the office to ask if something can he done to the bed in one of the bedrooms - tge middle part was caving in, clearly needed replacing/updating. Spoke to a Kaitlyn who apparently escalated to her manager. Both had zero people/customer service skils. They both accused me of making it up since people have been staying there all the time and that not a single one complained. The manager told me that i should be checking into the Ritz Carlton instead. Not sure if they are underpaid or just plain miserable with their jobs but clearly did not possess the proper skills to handle the situation. Kaitlyn even suggested i take the mattress off and investigate if something was wrong with the frame or that I should flip the mattress 🤣 may be a norm when you’re not staying at a Ritz Carlton hotel. The manager made it sound like she was doing me a favor for making me stay there. And btw, the place was filthy and dusty, every single drawer filled with decoration /sheets/decorative pillows/ bath mats. Not a single drawer was empty. They just sprayed the apt with tons of air freshener. See photos of both bed, drawers and filth on the floor, the sheets also smelled. The bed mattress photo shows the gap between the phone cord (pulled straight on both ends to create a straight line) and the middle of the mattress.
