  Front desk customer service was excellent. The changing room lockers dont have locks only the family locker area does. The changing rooms offer showers, bathrooms and bathing suit dryers. There is a little café on site. They have 1 designated laps swimming only pool. 1 kids only pool. 2 slides but they are closed for the season. 2 only adult pool areas. They have a rock climbing pool area. They have 1 ice box for adults only. Age 18 and older is considered adults. You can bring outside food and drinks.

  Check the weather, if any lightning in the yampa Valley, they close the hot springs for a period of time, and do not refund you.

  We only came for a couple hours after a day of hiking, and only used the soaking pools. The warm pools were clean and inviting, and quite relaxing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit! Although we only stayed a couple hours, I feel the price was worth it. For people staying the whole day, you'll have in and out privileges with your receipt. Definitely worth stopping in.

  too big for its britches. small town operation that is trying to be a big time rec center. Other than the parking situation the facilities are nice, but overcrowded and under staffed. I'm guessing their non-profit status contributes to the management and staffing issues. Frustrating to communicate with staff. That coupled with reviews from visitors talking about having the cops called on them for asking for refunds makes it difficult to want to spend money and time here. The only swimming pool in town but not the only hot spring.

  Really nice experience. Very clean. They have family changing rooms. Somewhat expensive compared to other hot springs.
