- MMMSep 27, 20251.0I lived here for only a year because it was such a bad experience. The office staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, and maintenance was basically nonexistent. My ceiling leaked constantly, and even when I reported it, nothing was done. The worst issue was my shower: it had a crack that I pointed out early on, but they ignored it until it got so bad it leaked into the apartment below me. Instead of fixing it properly when I first brought it up, they eventually had to rip out the entire tub. This left my apartment a wreck and, unbelievably, left me without a working shower for MONTHS. Between the unprofessional staff, lack of basic maintenance, and complete disregard for tenants’ living conditions, I would strongly warn anyone against moving here.
