After 3 weeks I called to check on it and they seemed to not know what bed purchase I was referring to and they couldn’t find my order slip. After talking with 3 different people, they assured me the bed was on the way. I finally received an email that my bed had arrived 3 months after I ordered it. When I went to pick it up from the warehouse, the employees were quite rude. I overheard two of them in the warehouse talking about how I “had to buy the heaviest one” and how I “had to come pick it up when they had a couch in front of it” that they would have to move. The bed is great quality and lovely but I will never go through Old Colony again after all of this.
