Okaloosa Gas District is a natural gas utility that constructs, operates, and maintains a natural gas transmission and distribution system across a three-county area in NW Florida. The District serves over 54,000 residential and commercial customers. It also provides service to Whiting Field in Santa Rosa County, as well as military installations in Okaloosa and Walton counties, including Eglin, Hurlburt, Duke, Ammo, TAC, Red Horse, and the 7th Special Forces. Additionally, the District supplies gas to the city utilities of Milton and Gulf Breeze and transports gas for TECO Peoples Gas in Panama City Beach. As a full-service utility, the District offers a wide range of gas-related services, including piping, installation, and various gas-burning appliances.

- ACAdam CarterMay 5, 20221.0Terrible Customer service Had dependable service from them while I was at my address in Niceville, but when it came time to move. I called on March 11th the schedule service termination on March 24th. They never shut off service and sent me a bill for another full month of service which I didn't use. (They Printed with my updated address, which they said I never gave them) how could they have my address printed on the bill if I never called to terminate service. all of this over $22. They would rather be right than keep a customer.
