  I operate various machines for the company I work for and anytime we have an issue with the machines we rent through OHR Rents, they always come back very soon after. I do not think the maintenance people know what they are doing, or they Sabotage the machine slightly so it breaks down again and can profit again from services rendered. If I was this bad at my job I wouldn’t have one.

  Terrific! We initially miscalculated the kind of lift we needed for a roofing project but they were very flexible with setting us up with the proper equipment and were very easy to negotiate with in receiving extensions as our project took longer than anticipated. Punctual, respectful, and reasonably-priced! Can't recommend them enough!

  We are an interiors carpentry outfit out of Ravenna and we love working with OHR. John Cossick is absolutely great to work with. Between checking on the job and communication John excels at making sure the renter is 100% satisfied after renting their equipment. He’s gone time after time to help find the proper equipment to help us get the job done!

  TRUCK DRIVERS: from BROADWAY AVE turn on DILLE AVE. LEFT on INDEPENDENCE RD. LEFT on HEIDTMAN PKWY. All the way down. Look on my pic. Dont try via E49th st -> Ruffini Ct. Tight turns and no truck signs.

  Great experience, from customer service picking up to response after hours with an issue with the equipment. Top notch would rent again would reccomend.
