  Offender Watch specializes in developing software to track sex offenders for the Sheriffs and Feds. Pretty cool. They do specialized work but they work very closely with the sheriffs and they do this cool alert system for the public where you get notified if a sex offender moves into the neighborhood. Highly suggest looking into it.

  The name doesn't do the fiction justice. These people Work feverishly with local county/parish and state law enforcement to keep track of sex offenders. While many states and jurisdictions care more about the sex offenders then the victims, the morjority are more worried about the victims. If you ever get a card or email telling you that a sex offender has moved in near you, it more then likely came from them. If you wish to keep track of your neighborhood, sign up for notification by going to your local Sheiffs Office website or contact them.
