  A needed an emergency repair and was on my way out of town. I called Off The Deep End Pools based on the good reviews. Good call! They quoted me a very reasonable price, fixed the problem very quickly the next day, took photos and sent them to me, and sent the invoice for exactly the amount quoted. Excellent!

  Off the deep end is the best pool company I’ve ever dealt with ! The communication is on point and the service is always spot on ! The service team is very consistent and they always communicate when things need attention or repairs , they also do all repairs themselves so you don’t have to worry about calling other companies to get quotes and sit on hold , I highly recommend them for your pool service needs !

  I've had them service my pool for maybe a year and a half now and I would say they are the best of the bunch. Very dependable, reasonable rates, and quick response time on emergencies. I had a fairly large leak last weekend and the hustled someone out to my house to fix it within 24 hours. Highly recommend them!

  Dan and his assistant Brandon were fantastic. Dan did a thorough inspection and after listening to how I used my pool, recommended what I should have done to prevent future headaches and future proof my setup. He corrected past electrical work I had done with different companies who did a poor job and cleaned up their wiring mess. I had my single motor pump replaced with a VS Pump, plumbing and electrical work done. Brandon went out of his way to insure I was familiar with my new setup and how to operate it. Communication was great, Polly kept me updated on when both Brandon and Dan would be coming by. Since I was unable to run my pool prior, once the job was finished, Brandon also treated my pool and got it looking crystal clear again. Pricing was fair but most importantly I had peace of mind knowing the work being done was being done right the first time with no "bandaid fixes" or "shortcuts" being taken. Thank you guys!

  We purchased a home in 2024 and became first time pool owners. Off the Deep End helped to get our pool and equipment into shape. They communicate well and are always timely with services. I would definitely recommend them for weekly service or repairs.
