He took time to educate us on our system made some recommendations that will help our machine run more efficiently. There was no high pressure scare tactic just the professional recommendation. He and the Oceanview team genuinely provided us with exceptional service.

He took as much time as needed to get the issue diagnosed and fixed, staying past 9pm with no complaints. Our A/C is perfect now. Our house is only three years old and due to an incorrect installation by the original company we could have been looking at a new system, but Emiliano did all he could to ensure we were taken care of with diagnostics and repair, saving us thousands. Oceanview is now our go to HVAC company, and if you get Emiliano as your tech you are in FANTASTIC hands!!
