- FSFamily SuryOct 16, 20251.0My family been oberweis customers since 1962. They have always been a bit pricey, but that was acceptable due to the quality and the portion you received. This week I purchased a regular size sunday. It was so small I asked the server if it was a mistake, was it a child size. He said, no, this is the size my boss said were supposed to serve. It appears the corporate heads are looking for new ways to make a profit... very disappointing.

- ENE NemOct 2, 20251.0I have given this location multiple tries since it's closest to my home. We first went with a reward my daughter was given for summer reading: a coupon which offered a "free kids cone" with three waffle cones pictured on front. Super excited, my daughter ordered the waffle cone advertised, but the guy said she can not get the only thing pictured on the coupon with the coupon. "I know it's really misleading...". Literally would not let her get her ice cream without me paying for it. We tried again, and they forgot to deliver our ice cream to our table for quite sometime. We went in to get it, and it was practically soup. Today I ordered a chocolate chip shake with no cookie due to a allergy. They literally gave me a cookies and cream shake instead, which looks similar, so I drank out of it. The girl who made the mistake literally stood there laughing when I went back to tell them. Very ill tonight, and wish people would take these things more seriously. How hard is it to scoop the right ice cream!? We will be going to other locations where we've never had a problem.
- JMJen MazurSep 25, 20251.0I had the new Apple Crisp Sundae today. I was so excited to try it. What a let down.. A few apple slices with the smallest scoop of ice cream and a some caramel sauce. All yours for $10. Really? Not the first time, there's always a problem with this place. Either the ice cream is falling off the cone or the portion size is ridiculous. Its no wonder Oberweis is going under. Shameful... I will have to go to North Aurora if I want the sundae done right.
