- AFAngela FreshleySep 2, 20251.0The staff here has changed for the absolute worst. Spent $40 on 3 shakes and a kids soft serve in a cup. Was handed a scoop of ice cream and when telling them it’s supposed to be soft serve we were told it’s not that big of a difference as they reluctantly fixed it. Then overheard the girl confirming it was supposed to be 2 large shakes and the girl at the window said it’s fine just add extra whip cream to the cup. (For the price of the shakes that’s an absolute no) When handing the girl a 100 dollar bill she held it up and stared at it then asked for a manager who came up to confirm it was real - which it clearly was - but she still wanted is to use something smaller - again no. So the horrible attitude turned worse. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be handed the container holding the ice cream finding out as soon as we turned out that the girl did not put the shakes in properly and every single one flipped out (except the soft serve) - we go to this establishment typically 3 times a month or more. Have never experienced anything like this. Will absolutely not be back.
