- IDIsaac DuncanMar 12, 20251.0Horrible experience. They took almost 9 months to process my taxes (what takes my current CPA about 2 hours) which screwed up my FAFSA. Terrible customer service, lack of communication, and when I came for my appointment to pick up my completed forms they were almost an hour late meeting with me, and no apology or explanation was given. When I dropped off my tax info they wouldn't give me a quote for how much it would cost, so I told them if it would be more than "X" they would need to call me to authorize that. When they finally completed them 9 months later they tried to charge me more than double what I told them the limit was (multiple hundreds of dollars more).
