WARRANTY DEPARTMENT!!! BEWARE they do not follow through with promises to replace!!! BRAND NEW HOME AC UNIT WENT OUT 2nd DAY HERE!! Was told by Jesse at home office, Anthony warranty in Arizona and Blair sales ALL CONFIRMED several times the outside unit would be replaced. The day has come Jesse said it was supposed to be outside unit, instead they replace a Component not UNIT as confirmed. Todd main guy in warranty made excuses and said it was a miscommunication. CHASE ROBERTS who does Oakwood AC installs is a HORRIBLE COMPANY RUDE EMPLOYEES with many BAD reviews. Does shotty work for Oak Wood homes. Beyond disappointed, Multiple Oakwood employees confirmed several times a new OUTSIDE UNIT!!! STAY AWAY unless you want this headache!! Horrible customer service!!!
