- LRLeah RankinJul 31, 20251.0Went in a little bit ago and wow. If you want to be taken advantage of, go here or to Clayton. My intelligence was insulted. I was told bold faced lies and they clearly discriminate- meaning, if you dont look like you can spend much, they dont really wanna help you. It did not matter to them that I have a credit card in my purse that has a limit large enough to buy outright a home. But the visit didnt even get that far. These folks are jacking up the prices so 'they dont lose their shirts'. Two bold faced lies - can't find land anywhere for under $100k (lie) and mobile homes never lose value (lie again, its a well known fact). Save your money and get a regular stick built home cause you'll be paying the same anyway. Shame on these folks. And Warren Buffet. Update: After looking at comments on their Facebook accounts, I am SO glad I left. There's mold issues with these homes, bait and switch pricing (doubling the cost for example), shoddy installation, failed warranty promises....wow. Shame on ALL of you taking advantage of SO many people. Stay away!
