  Jordan was polite, but that was the end of it. He took us out in the golf cart and dropped us off at one of the homes and left. It was drizzling at the time but then started raining hard. We had to walk from house to house in the rain. When we got back to the office and inquired as to why he left us in the rain he shrugged his shoulders and said, well it was only drizzling when I left you. Considering that we were the only customers there, and there were at least 2 people in the office, I would have expected a bit more personal service. The attitude projected was that we were a bother to him. We asked about one of the homes that was in the process of being set up and he could not even tell us the model name or cost. The entire process felt like going through self checkout at Walmart. I will not be returning.

  Lack of information. Dropped us off at first house and pointed to the others and it started pouring out. We had to walk back in the rain and he didn't really even care. It felt like we were an inconvenience.

  We definitely enjoyed the visit and meeting with Jordan. As soon as we get our land deal squared away, I cannot wait to get my family our new home.

  We worked with Jordan and Lou and our experience was great. Jordan found us the perfect floor plan and Lou made sure the home is set up and all is working properly. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. Everything was accomplished promptly and we love living in our new home! We would definitely recommend OAKWOOD Homes of Moncks Corner to anyone looking for a nice home at a great price!
