Calling all the time, banging on my door, making verbal threats. It was a horrible experience that will keep me from ever buying from them again. However, later, when I needed to sell the home, they offered to put it on their loot and sell it for me. Overall, if you are financially sound, I would recommend them. If you think you may have some financial troubles now and then, turn and run as fast as you can.
