  Was a pleasure being able to see the different models of such lovely homes. Had an amazing consultant by the name of Duncan who was very helpful! Great homes for a great price!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of having Mr Duncan Patterson give us a tour of 3 of theyre beautiful homes on the lot. He was quite knowledgeable and got answers to questions that peaked our inquiring minds. I'd recommend him to anyone.

  The experience has been awesome!!! My sales rep Aaron Stone was great. He explained everything in detail and as far as I can tell he left nothing out. The sales associates were pleasant and curious and I particularly enjoyed the conversations. Bill and the other Oakwood staff were very professional. I know they do this for a living I felt comfortable with these Gentlemen and my decision to purchase my home from Oakwood Homes. Thumbs up for a great experience.   Glenn and his team Will, Austin and the rest of the crew were all amazing and went way and above and exceeded all expectations with everything from beginning middle and end with the welcome home for the brand new 2025 Morocco Model, Glenn was by far very professional and straight forward which is exactly the way business should be handled, also a very no pressure approach which is also a big plus in my book, mix with Oakwoods good and longstanding reputation sealed the deal, Glenn was very knowledgeable with options about everything, and in the end saved money by recommending a certain type of financing to get all of the things that were a must and doing them seperate would have been a lot more, but Glenn’s quick thinking got everything wanted and a better price point. Now for the welcome home day, they really did it up I won’t say everything they did for future Oakwood buyers but they really do everything they can to make it a momentous occasion and understand that buying a home is not something you do everyday, the build did take a while with wether delays at the plant and then here as well, but at the end they really pulled it out and got everything done right away, their technicians are amazing, pleasant and driven to provide the best customer experience and convince and beyond, so big shout out to Austin and Skyler, I was very impressed when he found and fixed an issue, with the water, and then proactively, made a repair on the inside that wasn’t even taped off, he said that when he was walking through it didn’t meet his standard and went ahead and just took care of it, that really shows dedication on their part, Will went over everything and got to say it was very informative, and learned a lot about the home’s features. So with that I can’t even begin how strongly I recommend the team at Oakwood homes in Florence sc if your looking for your new home these guys are def worth checking out and will go above and beyond to help you out in picking out your new home, and help make the entire process as stress free for you the buyer they do all the stressing for you. Thank you guys for everything and very happy that ended up becoming part of the Oakwood family, and you will be too, this is an all star team in every aspect and phase of the house buying process, and they never make you feel like your a bother and even though they done this hundreds of times it never sounded scripted even during the welcome home. Thank you guys for everything, I can’t thank y'all enough. I’d give y'all 10 stars if I could it is definitely deserved
