  Chris Goodwin has been wonderful!! He has answered every question, and I have had lots. He is experienced in getting everything ready and set up so has helped with time lines and all the steps to get our home in place. It has been a great experience.

  Chris Godwin was amazing to work with. He helped with every question and issue. If we had an issue with anything he could help with he did. Helped with us on how to get permits and anything we would need to get with the county, electrical company, water company and septic . Transaction went smoother than we could have even imagined.

  We purchased a brand new home from Oakwood being assured and promised that they would take care of us 💯 satisfaction! Ken the manager has not lived up to his promises and Jacob doesn't bother to return calls or live up to his word!!! It has only been 6 months and so many issues! Don't recommend going through Oakwood homes! Drawers are warped, won't open all the way, trim falling off, sink was leaking underneath and not working properly, front glass door broke by Fernando workers told to Jacob from beginning! Let me tell you Michele! No you haven't gone above for resolving issues! Ken, Jacob do not respond to calls or texts and I have every text saved. Johnny was personally here with our plumbing expert who told him all the issues and he even assured us how he was going straight to Ken, how he was going to tell you how the kitchen faucet had to be replaced and fixed! How the plumbing to outside hose bib was only dug down to 18" and how tapping in directly to our well pump messed things up yet nothing from any of you to resolve this what so ever! We paid to get kitchen faucet replaced and fixed in which I'm keeping tabs on every receipt for every thing extra we have paid for! We never got a proper walk through so none of the appliances connect? The water heater was damaged from the beginning due to lack of the employee who turned it on without water in tank! Ken stated he'd replace with as big of tank we wanted! But no instead you send repair guy multiple times to repair which took 2 months! So we suffered the water issues for that period of time! Foy went over with Ken how Jonny keeps screwing the cabinet handles so tight sucking in the cabinet drawers to the point they warp and only 2 were replaced again now with same Damm issues! He worked on tracks of cabinets so some will not even open all the way! So don't tell us you've tried!!! Things are still not completed and it's been 6 months already! We are documenting every thing, every call every text! I warn anyone from believing they will satisfy you or get the job done in timely manner! It's worse then buying a new car! And cost 10x as much!

  Shout out to kory!!! Kory is an amazing customer service representative. He went above and beyond to help us select the perfect home. Kory wrote down what we wanted and didn't want. He showed us homes that matched our wants and needs. This impressed me very much. He helped with everything to get us our forever home. Thank you Kory!!!!!!
