  Deleted my 5 star review. We went from having the ball rolling to a major bump in the road the led us to going with Clayton of Knoxville instead. When I called for the deposit transfer Randy asked why the switch. There is no way any of them are that self-unaware. Where do I begin Randy? Complete and utter lack of communication? The fact that I was shown a home that is no longer in production? The astronomical fees? "I'll call you back" but I gotta hunt yall down? I just feel like if I were them, if someone had a high down payment in hand and ready to go, I would have taken them seriously instead of procrastinating and entertaining every tire kicker that walked through the door instead. It's bad when your own coworkers "joke" and say they'd never buy a house from you. They're giving Matilda's crook car salesman dad, honestly.

  Ron was so helpful with it all! He was very energetic & he understood where we were coming from when we explained what our big plans were for the future! Highly recommend and will be back when it’s our time to make the decision to buy a house 😚😚
