  Being a first time home buyer is tough enough. Being a YOUNG ADULT home buyer is even tougher. You can do all the research in the world and still feel lost. When I walked in I was greeted and assisted by Becca. I immediately got the best vibe from her. Not only was she knowledgeable, but her customer service was AMAZING. From day one she guided me through the process and communicated efficiently and effectively. Fast forward to my "welcome home day." I believe she is the BEST at what she does. So appreciative to her, management, the team, and contractors who made every effort to make my experience smooth.

  The people that set the home up do not know what they are doing. Don't meet code, sloppy work. After month, it's still not right. Manufacturer is mo help.

  Went to look at homes and they wouldn’t let us just walk and view the homes while the lady was on the phone said we could come back Saturday and walk through without someone this place is a joke

  My visit here was extremely educational. The young lady that helped me Was very attentive. She made phone calls to make sure that everything was in order for my home. I am grateful for her.

  Every house in that lot is gorgeous
