Lots of research seemed to indicate our best bet was Oakwood Homes, they have the highest ratings in the area. Our salesman Bryan was very new, being trained by the manager Matt, but he was great and learned quickly. Both men were patient with our questions, understanding of our fears and went the extra mile to take care of us. We got the perfect home for us, within our budget. Our home has been delivered, set up and trimmed out and so far it meets every expectation. Each crew that came to work on it was polite and respectful and they did their jobs well. We are thrilled with our home so far... its beautiful! Every door, drawer and cabinet opens and closes perfectly, floors, walls, trim, everything looks great. Cindy is super nice! We can't wait to get utilities finished and move in! The only complaint we had is that we wished we had received a message every couple weeks while we waited on the completion of our house, but overall, that's a small matter. Matt and his team have done a wonderful job taking care of us! Thank you Oakwood Homes! Oh! And we won a new bbq pit! 😁❤
