  The experience we had with Oakwood homes was the best I ever had they were great with everything communicated with us throughout the whole process stayed on top of everything for us I highly recommend them🤗🥰we are enjoying our new home

  My wife believe that they may have over charged her. Her land was some how included with the actual purchase of the trailer when it was purchased. FEMA paid 15,000 dollars for her land and her trailer cost 68,000 dollars. My issue with this is why then is she still paying for her land at this point. As of now she has paid according to records 158000 dollars toward the trailer & land purchase, that has been 26yrs. Now. Someone somewhere somehow included her already paid for land with the purchase price of her trailer, why?

  Oakwood homes in Greenville is the place to purchase a home. My fiancé and I were in last week and our sales representative Stevie Savoie was so helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk through the home buying process with us and showed us different floor plans to fit our needs and wants. Was a wonderful experience, and when we get our ducks all in a row, we will purchase our first home through Stevie, if you are in the buying market highly recommend her!!!
