A few small repairs have been needed and staff are responsive and work with us to schedule techs to come out. Our saleswoman Margie was so attentive during the selection process and continues to follow up and make sure we are getting the service we need. Jeff and Joe were both so helpful in getting our land ready and handling any issues that came up. It was finished ahead of the time estimate and I am so happy we went modular instead of a custom stick built home, which would have cost much more and taken longer to complete. As with any home build, you will need to invest your time, attention and money to end up with the home you truly want. Ask for Margie and tell her I sent you!
