  I called today and talked to Brian Curtis about the $46999.00 house. Even though it has a banner on it stating the price he told me it sells for $57999.00. So let's talk about false advertising and misleading customers. I WILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM OAKWOOD HOMES OF OKC. BUYER BEWARE!!!! EDIT. $11000.00 for heat pump, delivery and set up!!!! YOU ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

  Ask for Abby! She is the epitome of professionalism—patient, knowledgeable, and exceptionally responsive. Throughout our home-buying process, we had numerous questions and visited multiple times, and Abby always took the time to respond promptly and thoroughly. Her kindness extended to our children as well, making the entire experience feel warm and family-friendly. After touring every development along Shields, we found that Oakwood stood out above the rest. The homes are not only beautifully designed and stylish, but they also offer the most realistic and competitive pricing in the area.

  I will never buy another house from this company if my life depended on it. Most people typically who have a bad experience with a company are completely over the situation, and decide not to leave a review. That was what I was going to do, but I decided against this. I do not want another customer to have to go through what my husband and I have been through with this company. The only good experience that we have had through that company has been with one sales person and one maintenance man. The rest (including management)act as if they do not care About anything besides making another sale. We got off on the wrong foot to begin with on just buying our house, and then after we actually received our house it only got worse from there. If you do ever buy a home from them; do not expect them to come back and properly fix things like they are supposed to be fixed. They say they will call back, but they never do. No one knows what is going on. We get different stories from different people. It is poorly managed. Our house got destroyed by one of the tornadoes this year, and we were really looking to this company to help us, but they don’t care about anything besides making anotthee sale. My family has bought a home from both solitaire and Clayton, and I will have to say they had a much better experience than we did! We should have gone with either of those two besides Oakwood!
