  Management very rude. Tried viewing a home from the outside and was yelled at across the parking lot and wanted to know what we were doing. Didn’t realize we couldn’t look at homes on the lot. Acted as though it was inconvenient for him to even be nice. Came across with an attitude and we hadn’t even been there 2minutes. Never seen a business that didn’t want customers to be on their lot. Definitely would not recommend if someone is going to act like this within 2minutes. Needless to say it’s unfortunate that we will not consider this place nor recommend to anyone in the future.

  My husband, son and I drove an hour and half to look at Clayton mobile homes. The man told my husband that he did not service West Virginia. My husband said you are still Clayton, can we look? He said, " Hurry up". It was 5:30. They close at 6 pm. We decided to just leave. Why be rude and unprofessional. He needs training on how to treat his fellow humans whether they are potential customers or not.

  One of the most rude men I have ever met in my life. He tried intimidation and threats to try to make a sale. I wouldn't get anything from here if it was given to me.

  Sales Professional John Sigman is AWESOME!!! He is polite, courteous, patient and professional and even thanked me for my Service in the United States Marine Corps!!! He was able to let me tour a mobile home that suited my needs, but ultimately, I chose to order a home built to my specifications!!! Financing was simple and easy and the whole process was very satisfying!!! They even went the extra mile and let me provide required documents at the Home Center in lieu of doing it Virtually due to my ignorance of the technology!!! The Project Manager Ted Farmer is AWESOME as well and has already visited the property I intend to place the Mobile Home on!!! In short, I made the decision to purchase a Mobile Home on a Sunday...visited the Home Center the following Monday and by that Thursday, I had already been approved for financing and the Project Manager had already been out to survey the property!!! BRAVO OAKWOOD HOMES!!! Keep doing what you're doing guys!!! Respectfully Submitted, Sergeant Kyle R Fix over and out!!!
