  We had the MOST kind, patient, knowledgeable sales person. I cannot say enough about Caroline Conekin. We started looking at the models years before we made the decision to buy. There were several obstacles and Caroline was so patient waiting on us. She never bothered us with call after call. She did stay in touch with us over the years to check in and see how things were going. Caroline, Corbitt, George and Keith were all ready to answer questions any time I called. Our new home is gorgeous and just what we needed. Thank you all, but especially Caroline for being so patient waiting on us.

  If you are ever thinking about going this route with a home purchase, don't look anywhere else. Go with Oakwood Homes!!! This is my third time buying a house, the first doing it this way. Jordan Lewis was my home consultant - from start to finish, he was there every step of the way in answering all my husband and I's questions. And I had A LOT. Any updates, we were notified. I mean really, every step of the process Jordan kept us in the loop. The whole team we met with was very pleasant. With everything, the choice was always ours. We were never pressured into anything. Once the home arrived, Keith, the POC for everything that was going down on site with the set up, kept us informed about everythinggg. He would send pictures/updates. He had much knowledge and I know that the condition of everything with him involved, was nothing but the best. This company is not out to make a quick buck off anyone. They take their time and sincerely care about getting every client EXACTLY what it is that they want / what they are looking for. If you aren't choosing Oakwood Homes, what are you even doing??

  Purchasing with Oakwood has been a wonderful experience. Caroline is amazing. She was so nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. She answered all of our questions and made the entire purchasing process seamless. She checked in with us along the way to keep us informed of everything, Caroline is a gem and I highly recommend working with her to purchase your next home. After delivery, Keith was our site manager and was equally as wonderful, keeping us updated as things progressed and making sure everything is done just right. Highly recommend!

  Rating our home buying experience at Oakwood at five stars! We had narrowed our choices down to homes at two different dealerships, but our sales representative Caroline tipped the scales for us, and in a big way. She actually listened to us, and was always available for questions. She was also prompt, professional, and courteous in her attention to our needs. The entire staff was also helpful and patient with us as we moved from our previous home, four hours away, to set up our lot and establish our new home here in Carteret County. Highly recommend! Thank you, Oakwood!
