  Alma fue un exelente persona, nos ayudó con todo el trámite de la casa, hizo el trámite muy fácil para que nosotros entenderíamos el contrato y los pasos para comprar nuestra casa. Recomiendo si estás un busca de comprar casa ve con alma para todas tus preguntas.

  My experience was absolutely amazing, Alma was extremely great at what she did for me and I would highly recommend her to ANYONE. She's very VERY knowledgeable and up to date with her information. She made buying an experience that I truly enjoyed. Alma worked very hard for me and explained in great detail on what affects my credit and how to maintain it. Alma, I am greatful for you, all around a true rockstar.

  I am absolutely positively extremely thankful for the homebuyers club through Oakwood homes! I am a single mom of two little girls trying to give my girls an house they can grow with for a little while. When I tell you Connie has become apart of my family she truly has. She did/and continues to guide me in the right direction to set my girls and I up for success for our next home! She listened to my goals and what kind of the home I need for my family. She never made me feel like it wasn’t a reachable goal or that my wants cannot be possible. The way Connie remembers EVERYTHING about me and my kids just makes me feel like we matter as much to her as she does to us! If you are looking to get started with the home buying process choose the home buyers club and watch how much they become your family! If you need support they will give it, they are just as invested in your dreams of being a homeowner as you are!

  4 years ago we began our house search, we could not find a house we liked so one day we took a tour through Oakwood model homes and we fell in love with the Yampa model but we did not think it would be a reality for us. The sales lady who was super friendly sent us to the homebuyers club where we met with Connie Demos who is absolutely the most amazing human being I have ever met. She worked with us and made our dream of having our house built from the ground up come true. Throughout the process, everyone was so amazing and truly made us feel special. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone and everyone! We have been in our home for over two years now and we have not had any issues, and we absolutely love our little neighborhood. Thank you, Oakwood!
