  Ms Brooks has been nothing less than amazing since she’s been apart of the Oaks at Oxon Hill team! She brings a warm yet stern presence that’s been needed. She makes everything look so easy lol. We all notice a dramatic difference since she’s been involved. Thank you and continue to be great Ms Brook! The relationship with the rental office has a never different feel in a positive way since you’ve arrived.

  These are the worst apartments. They’re old, the balcony is full of dirt and damaged. I reported it, along with the electrical issues, ever since I moved in about 4 months ago, and nothing has been fixed. The electricity is always failing, and they keep saying they’re going to repair it but never do. When you report problems with the building, it takes them forever to fix anything if they even fix it at all. I’ve been two weeks without electricity in my room and they still haven’t been able to resolve the problem. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Los peores apartamentos, son viejos, el balcón lleno de tierra y dañado, desde que me mudé hace unos 4 meses o más lo reporté al igual que la electricidad, que siempre se daña. Y siempre están diciendo que lo van a reparar y no lo hacen. Cuando haces los reportes por las cosas dañadas del edificio, duran una eternidad para repararlo y a veces ni lo hacen, tengo dos semana sin electricidad en mi cuarto y no son capaces de resolver el problema. No le recomiendo a nadie vivir aquí.
