As shown in the pictures attached, the vents were filthy; the smell was noxious; the doors (and the frames) were gross; there were stains on the bathtubs; and the washer and dryer were in awful condition. Simply put, the apartment was unsanitary and posed a clear health hazard. Despite multiple requests, not much has been done by the Company.

Nothing but spam emails, mixed messages and shifting due dates for tenants that have been here for years. Why? No answers, just more problems. Your tenants deserve better service, so I would like to give you ZERO STARS. Do better!

Their lease says they can "add charges if it improves the apartment" and they use that to add many extra mandatory charges.
