The food in the dining room is delicious and presented beautifully. We are so happy having our sister/aunt living there. We feel so confident in her home and her care there.

- JJJackie JabensMay 30, 20245.0My dad lives at The Willows, 2nd floor (since 2019), after living next door at the Villas for several years, and in the main building for a year before that. Dad requires a high level of care at this time of his life. I am grateful to be able to say the nursing care and aide care he receives at this time is excellent; experienced, thoughtful, gentle and kind. I live a long distance from my dad and am unable to visit him for long stretches of time. It is a great relief to feel confident about the attentiveness of the aide and nursing staffs. Among other things, the valuable time they spend communicating with me related to all aspects of his health and various needs reflects their dedication to their work and I am always appreciative of it!!!
- SOSue OlsonAug 1, 20235.0My mother was in Memory Care at OPSL for almost three years. The staff at OPSL was kind and attentive. There were periods when staffing was difficult and we had concerns but Teri was attentive and did what she could, recognizing that the problems were due to staffing shortages. In the last days of Mom's life we relied heaving on the kindness and expertise of the staff. I felt as though Mom received good care while she lived at OPSL and the staff was sensitive to her needs. I would have liked to have seen more activities and things to keep her busy.
