  With my AC being out could not have asked for a better response time and knowledge. Paul was very honest and left me with all options available to me. On install day his crew headed by Brandon were prompt, professional and efficient. They answered any questions my wife and I had. Kept us up to date with the status of the unit replacement. 100% will recommend Paul to anyone who needs work and look forward to starting maintenance services in the upcoming year.

  The AC quit working and things were warming up. I called a couple of other company's but they couldn't schedule for a couple of days. Wanted to go local and O'Neil's HVAC was the first one listed for my area. I gave them a call and they scheduled me immediately for same day service. Their communication via text for the scheduling was awesome. Got a text and a phone call from the owner and he made the service call himself. Paul O'Neil was thorough and found the issue rather quickly. The needed part was not on his truck so he headed out to get one from the shop. Once completed, he made sure everything was working properly and I was pleased with the overall cost of the project. I liked the company so much that I am signing up for the maintenance program. Thanks again to Paul and his Team for a job well done!
