Owen is a licensed contractor who stands out for his knowledge, experience, conscientiousness and integrity. Wealthy homeowners sometimes schedule too much of his time on their big projects, but he finds a way to fit all customers in. I know, bescause I've obseved his business from the point of view of a family member over the decades.
