  I would like to give recognition to a gentleman named Luis Rodriguez. I believe he is a porter for the service department I believe that’s what he had mentioned to me. I had gone in to the dealer to check out a few cars of interest. While no one approached me to ask if I needed any help. Luis spotted me and greeted me in. He was very polite and answered a few questions I had at the end he guided me towards where the genesis vehicles were.

  They have willingly handled every quirky detail that came up with my car. Apparently my Genesis warranty is for real. Some people laughed and told that my noisy headliner would take many months to replace. The GM Kurt, took care of it personally and expeditiously. They aim to please. I just wish that I could purchase one of their $100,000 upscale cars.
