  A very lovely lady took the time to answer my questions to help me understand options before I moved into my new home. If I do get to choose my provider, I would definitely not need to look any further as this kind of customer service is rare these days!

  Our propane was getting low before the Christmas holiday and they took good care of us getting our tanks filled before the holiday stretch. We’ve had great experiences with O’Briens from setting up/purchasing our tanks and anytime we order. They are patient and answer all my questions, highly recommend!

  My husband and I are currently in the process of construction on our home and we were in need of an underground tank install. We could not have been more pleased with the choice of our propane installer. Communication was in a quick and timely manner as well as the job itself. The owner Jesse was able to answer all of our questions and quote us on 2 options (tank sizes), explaining the benefits. I highly recommend them!

  Great guys to use if you own your own tanks! Prices are reasonable, and you get to speak directly with the owner's. It was so nice to speak to a real person after years of dealing with the big companies. Another plus, they delivered the same day I called. We will definitely be using them again next winter!!
