  Cancelled my security account in March of 2023 after the company continued to bill me for a service call that was to a different address. Multiple assurances that the charge would be removed and yet still being charged in September. Called the company to ask about this and tried to clear this up with someone named Tiffany and I was laughed at, told that I was "exhausting their brain" simply for ensuring charges were correct, then hung up on. I will certainly ensure that my industry-wide colleagues, and all friends avoid this company in the future.

  Surprised by the negative reviews, although the low number of reviews probably skews things. I've been a customer for almost ten years. They've always been very polite and professional, especially when you need to call in for anything. Happy with this company.

  There was 1 negative review 4 years ago. The negative review still stands. Take your business elsewhere. This company sold us and installed discontinued cameras that were poor, poor quality. Not one manager or owner reached out to me after I requested to speak to them about the concerns I had with the camera system. We also had an alarm security system installed and it was malfunctioning in one area. It took over a week to have someone sent out to assess. Not sure you feel comfortable with waiting that long for a security company to respond, but we didn’t. Needless to say, we had all cameras removed and we went with another company that has been fantastic to work with.

  RUN! Do not do business with these unscrupulous and unprofessional thieves. Sold me a backup battery and a siren, that I already had! I refused to be taken advantage of.
