  Shame on whatever man was working the phone today (8/4/2025) around 8pm. We called regarding a cat stuck on the highway and he said there was nothing he could do and then hung up on me. Before I could ask who the right person to call would be.

  Horrible customer service. I called for assistance with a pigeon laying eggs on my balcony and the guy had an attitude the entire time and provided 0 assistance. Spoke to me like I was incompetent and should know how to handle a situation like this. So extremely unacceptable and rude!

  Worst ppl I called for a dog in trouble the man answered we don't do rescues and hung up the phone
